Explore the possibility of your very own customized fragrance
KINS offers individuality. The goal is to empower customers to be themselves and achieve a greater state of mind by putting on their personalized perfume. This is all you need to reach the same feeling as receiving a text from your crush, dressing up with the best tailored suit or putting on the most luxurious pair of shoes. By creating your own statement fragrance you are able to invent your own happy story and feel positive emotions every time you use it.
THE VISUAL IDENTITY
After extensive research, we found out we were targeting women, perfume enthusiasts, lovers of beauty, fashionable, passionate about finding little gems. So our communication had to be fabricated in a poetic manner: visual words, inspiring photography and dreamy phrases that sum up the essence of bottled up happiness.
Once the discovery phase was complete, we put everything together and established our strategy and communication. We wanted customers to feel part of the KINS story, to be immersed in the mood we created and buy a whole experience. The entire visual identity had to be in sync with our findings so it was important for us to fashion all the individual elements as a whole.
Delight is in the little things.
We started with the logo and primary type. Our clients wanted to include a triangle, so we came up with the idea of incorporating a plant-like letter K that could also give you the impression of fragrance.
The main font is Kyiv, an old-style antiqua with modern touches, such as decorative motives of chestnut leaves and flowers.
The chosen color palette consists of jewel inspired tones in accordance to the KINS personality: bright, bold and elegant.
A geometric, fun pattern was created to contribute to the visual identity. Using the pattern and playing with opacity and color helps us create stunning visual effects, both for print and digital pieces.
Of course, no perfume bottle is complete without a sharp packaging box.
We decided to use a darker shade of purple, the EGGPLANT and a crisp white to create contrast. The result was a clean, minimal box that complements the product perfectly.
We created six fun, custom icons for KINS' website to further reinforce brand recognition, as they can communicate messages quickly, grab attention and can be used in a multitude of ways.
Our collaboration with KINS is ongoing and we're preparing a special project together that we can't wait to share. Stay close for more exciting details :)
