ALURA is an online multibrand retailer that provides curated shoes and accesories to its customers.
Born out of passion, Alura aims to be more than just a shoes store so the main focus is offering the best customer experience and places people first.

The first and most important thing we define in every branding project is the strategy. In our brand strategy workshop we established the pillars of ALURA: PURPOSE, VISION, MISSION and VALUES.
"Our mission is to improve people's lives by raising the standards of the customer experience.
We do this by making shopping easier for everyone, giving our customers confidence about our products and providing great customer service."
"What makes us special? Sure, we have quality products at fair prices. But we don't sell only products.
We sell the experience. We are, above all, helpful, friendly people that value customers and have quick reactions to their needs - because we want to save their time and make sure their only concern is enjoying their purchase."
ALURA was a new and interesting project because we got to focus on a very specific target audience: women who buy shoes.
Thus, everything had to be created with them in mind, thinking about what kind of colors and images would appeal most. And most of all, everything had to scream "customer oriented and friendly". We think we did a pretty good job.
Delight is in the little things.

Seven Stories played a key role in creating the brand identity for Alura, our story would not have evolved so beautifully without them. Iulia and Flavia are completely dedicated to their work, they are proactive, full of life and creative ideas. We appreciated their total and constant involvement, but also the fact that they put their soul into everything they do, and this can be seen in full!

We worked on ALURA for about an year to make sure the identity was perfectly implemented throughout all social media channels and focused on the whole experience, from creating ads to the packaging.
PHOTOSHOOT ART DIRECTION
The FALL WINTER '21 collection was shot at the marvelous MARMOROSCH HOTEL BUCHAREST and we were excited to be a part of the photoshoot. We thought about the concept, what we needed to portray, how we wanted the products to look and discussed with the team further. We also took the role of stylists, because we're multidisciplinary like that :) we think the final photographs look stunning.
